Absolutely. Our gold, silver and other precious-metal prizes are genuine products sourced through trusted UK suppliers.

Where applicable, the individual competition page will state the product’s weight, purity, mint, refinery or manufacturer.

Our gold and silver bullion is supplied by Bullion House London, a trusted UK bullion supplier.

Fortore is based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, famous as the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home to the Royal Shakespeare Company.

You do not need to be local to enter. Winning prizes can be securely delivered to eligible winners throughout the United Kingdom.

The number of available entries and the ticket price will vary depending on the prize and competition format.

Each competition page clearly displays the ticket price, maximum number of entries and details of the prizes available. Your odds will depend on the number of entries available for that particular competition.

Choose the competition you wish to enter, select the number of tickets you would like and complete the checkout process.

You must also correctly answer the Competition Question. Only eligible entries with a correct answer will be entered into the end draw or entitled to receive a prize.

For an Instant Win Competition, your result will be displayed on screen as a reveal after your entry has been completed. You will also receive an email confirming the outcome.

No. Fortore operates prize competitions rather than a licensed lottery.

Depending on the competition format, entrants may be required to answer a Competition Question correctly and a free postal entry route is also available. The entry method and rules applicable to each competition will be clearly stated on the competition page and in our Terms and Conditions.

No. Our competitions are open only to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over.

You may enter an eligible competition for free by following these requirements:

(a) Send a clearly handwritten, unenclosed postcard by first- or second-class post to:

(b) Hand-delivered entries and entries enclosed in an envelope will not be accepted.

(c) Your postcard must include:

• the name of the competition you wish to enter;
• your full name;
• your postal address;
• your telephone number and email address;
• your answer to the Competition Question, where one applies; and
• written confirmation that you accept Fortore’s Terms and Conditions.

(d) You must have a registered Fortore account before sending your entry. The personal details written on your postcard must match the details registered to your account.

(e) Only clearly handwritten entries will be accepted. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, automatically generated, printed or typed will be rejected.

(f) Only one postal entry is permitted per person and registered account for each competition.

(g) Each valid postal entry has the same chance per entry of winning the main prize or an Instant Win Prize as a paid online entry.

(h) Your postal entry must arrive before the competition’s Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered. Proof of posting is not proof that an entry has been received or accepted.

(i) Fortore will not acknowledge receipt of a postal entry or confirm whether your answer to the Competition Question is correct.

(j) If the maximum number of entries is reached before your postal entry is received and processed, your entry will not be accepted.

Competition entries are normally non-refundable once completed.

If Fortore cancels a competition before a winner is selected, customers who purchased entries will receive Fortore account credit equal to the entry fees paid for that competition. The credit can be used to enter another Fortore competition.

No refund will be made to the original payment method unless required by law.

Enter your discount code in the box provided during checkout and apply it before completing your payment.

Please check that the discount has been applied correctly before submitting your order. Discount codes cannot normally be applied after payment has been completed.

Yes. The way we contact you depends on the type of competition you have entered.

For Instant Win Competitions, your result will be displayed on screen as a reveal. You will also receive an email confirming whether you have won and providing details of the prize.

For live end draws, we will telephone the winner immediately after the draw. The winner will be asked to confirm whether they would like to receive the advertised prize or the cash alternative, where one is offered.

If we cannot reach the winner by telephone, we will also attempt to contact them using the email address registered to their account.

If we are unable to contact a winner by telephone or email and the prize has not been claimed within 14 days, the winner may forfeit the prize. Fortore may then select an alternative eligible winner where appropriate.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the telephone number and email address registered to your Fortore account remain accurate and up to date.

Yes. After completing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your allocated ticket numbers.

If you enter an Instant Win Competition, your result will be shown on screen as a reveal and will also be confirmed by email.

Please check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

Yes. You must be resident in the United Kingdom and aged 18 or over to create an account, purchase or obtain an entry, enter a competition or claim a prize.

No one under the age of 18 may enter, even with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Fortore may request identification and proof of address before awarding a prize. If a potential winner cannot prove that they were aged 18 or over and eligible to enter, they will be disqualified and may forfeit the prize.

We do not currently accept PayPal.

The payment methods available to you will be displayed during checkout.

The closing date and time for each competition are displayed on its individual competition page.

For live end draws, the winning ticket number is selected at random during the live draw using the Google Random Number Generator or another random selection method stated on the competition page.

For Instant Win Competitions, prizes are allocated at random to ticket numbers when the tickets are generated. Your result is displayed on screen as a reveal after your entry has been completed and is also confirmed by email.

All wins remain subject to the entrant meeting the eligibility requirements and correctly answering the Competition Question where one applies.
